How the room works

Real introductions, made on purpose.

Most networking rooms leave the connecting to you. This one does the work before you arrive, and runs on one rule that keeps it from turning into a sales floor.

Two owners in conversation
Introductions, arranged

You meet the right people on purpose, not by luck.

You tell us who you want to meet. Before each meeting we find them in the room and set up the introduction, so you walk in with conversations already lined up instead of working a cold crowd.

An introduction being made
Give first

Everyone brings something to the table before they take.

Every member owes the room a real introduction, an actual person who can help, before asking for one. Participation is tracked, and the people who only take do not keep their seat. It is what keeps this from turning into a sales floor.

A room of vetted local owners
A vetted room

Established owners and the people who refer them.

No beginners padding the seats, no tourists, no one there to pitch you. Every member is an owner or advisor with a real business and something worth referring.

If you have done this before

You have spent mornings in a group like this. This one is built differently.

You already know how these can go. Here is what we changed, point for point, so it does not go that way again.

You remember standing up to give the same sixty-second commercial, month after month, to people who already knew it.
Here, the room already knows what you do. Your time goes to real conversations, not repeating yourself.
You remember referrals that went one direction and never came back, and no one seemed to notice.
Give-first is the rule and participation is tracked. The people who only take do not keep a seat.
You remember a room padded with beginners and people who were only there to sell you something.
Every member is a vetted, established owner or advisor. No tourists, no one working you.
You remember wasted mornings and, at the end of the year, nothing to show for the dues.
Your introductions are arranged before you arrive, so a single meeting can pay for the year.
A look inside

You walk in already knowing the room.

Most groups run on the 60-second commercial. You stand up, say the same pitch, sit down, and do it again next month. You never get past the surface. The Member Book replaces that.

The Member Book

Everyone's business, in your inbox before every meeting.

Each member's company, the exact introduction they want, and who they refer to is written down and sent to you before you arrive. You already know who is in the room and how they can help.

  • You skip the commercial on repeat. The room already knows what you do, so your time goes to real conversations and getting to know people, not restarting from zero every month.
  • No frantic card-swapping. Every detail you would scribble onto a business card is already in the book, kept current before each meeting.
What your membership includes

$5K-$25K
what one new client is worth to your business
vs
$500
a founding seat for the whole year

One introduction pays for the year many times over. The only real risk left is staying outside the room while your competitors are in it.

A note from your convener

I have spent years inside these rooms, including coaching BNI chapters, and watched good owners waste their mornings on groups that never sent them a dollar. So I asked 183 of you what it would take to earn your time, and built the room around your answers. It is the room I wish existed, and I am convening it myself.

Before you join

The questions owners ask.

How often do you meet, and when?

We meet once a month, twelve times a year, and each meeting runs about ninety minutes. No weekly grind. We are setting the regular day and time together with the founding members so it truly works for the room, and you will have it well before your first meeting.

Where are the meetings?

Here in Fairfield County. We use a few well-chosen local venues rather than committing to a single room, so the setting stays central and comfortable for the members. You will always get the exact location and details ahead of each meeting.

What if I cannot make a meeting?

There is no penalty for missing one; life happens. What matters over time is give-first participation, because the room only works when everyone contributes. Miss one here and there and you are completely fine.

Can I bring a partner or send someone in my place?

Membership is individual, but we are flexible for real conflicts. A partner from your business can step in occasionally, just give me a heads-up so I can prepare their introductions.

Will a direct competitor be in the room?

Early on the room is intentionally broad. As we scale, we form subgroups by area and field, the way larger councils do, so you keep first position in your circle while still tapping the entire membership for referrals.

How does the money-back guarantee work?

It is simple. Join, come to your first meeting, and if you do not see why this room is different by the time you leave, email me and I will refund your membership in full. No forms, no hard feelings.

What does it cost after the founding rate?

Founding members join at $500 for the year, and that is the lowest this will be. The founding rate is available through the launch and rises after September as the room fills.

What do you need from me to get started?

Just answer a handful of questions and I do the rest. The whole point is that the room knows how to refer you before you ever say a word.

When will I get my first real introduction?

Often at your very first meeting; that is the design. We line up introductions for you before you arrive, so day one already has a point, and real referrals build from there as the room gets to know your business.

What if I am looking for a specific person, company, or opportunity?

Ask. One of the biggest advantages of the room is being able to tap the collective relationships of the whole membership. Tell us who or what you are looking for, and we put it to the room.

Will there be educational speakers?

Occasionally, but this is not a lecture series. Any speaker or teaching moment has to earn its place by giving members something practical they can actually use.

I have tried groups like this before. Why is this different?

Come in as a skeptic; most of our best members did. Judge us by your first meeting: introductions already set up for you, a real room of established owners, and your money back if it does not land.

The founding room is filling now.
